About Adriatic Coast Atlas

Adriatic Coast Atlas is an independent travel guide to the eastern Adriatic coast: Croatia, Montenegro and the Albanian Riviera.

What we cover

We focus on the practical questions that decide how a coastal trip works: which ferry or catamaran to take and when it runs, how long a border crossing really takes, where to base yourself, and when to go. Our guides start with the Croatia, Montenegro and Albanian Riviera hubs.

How we check

Timetables, fares, opening hours and entry rules come from primary sources wherever possible: ferry operators’ published timetables and price lists, official tourist boards, heritage sites, and government travel advice. Every guide lists its sources with the date we checked them, and shows when it was last updated.

Ferry timetables and border rules change, sometimes at short notice. Always confirm times and prices with the operator before you travel. If you spot something out of date, please tell us and we will check it.

Independence

We don’t accept payment for coverage, and no company can buy a place in our recommendations. Photographs on the site are illustrative scenes of the coast and are not meant to show any specific named place.

Sister sites

Adriatic Coast Atlas is part of a small family of independent travel guides that includes Italian Coast Atlas and Greek Island Holidays.
